These Terms and Conditions apply to all visits and uses of the website www.ingredientemourisco.com (simply referred to as the “website”), as well as to the content (as defined below), information, recommendations and/or services provided on the website or through him. By accessing and using the website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as any other laws or regulations that apply to the website, the Internet and/or the World Wide Web. VI. Prices
Prices shown include VAT (6% or 23% under Portuguese legislation). Customs fees are added to this cost, if applicable.
VII. Orders
For all orders placed through the website, you will receive a confirmation with the respective details, such as the total price of the order including the amount of shipping costs. If Ingrediente Mourisco – Lda. cannot supply a customer’s order in part or in full, it will immediately contact the customer in order to resolve the situation. Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as the proof of payment is received.
VIII. Shipping orders
The estimated delivery time for distribution is 4 working days, for any order in the national territory, and may go up to a maximum of 12 working days in the event of a stockout. To the aforementioned shipping time, there is also the time required to transport the order, which depends on the shipping company and the final destination of delivery of the order. Shipping methods and delivery times vary and can be confirmed upon final submission of the purchase order.

VX. Shipping costs
The value of shipping costs is borne by the customer and will be calculated based on the weight of the products, the weight of the secure packaging, and their destination. This value will be indicated in the shopping cart before the final validation of the order. All taxes and fees associated with the products and their transportation are included in the final amount payable, except for customs duties payable, whether within or outside the European Union countries.
X.Receipt of orders / Complaints and Returns in cases of damage to products
All our products are properly packaged, in appropriate packaging. Without prejudice, we recommend that all orders are examined by the customer upon receipt. If any irregularity or damage to the product is detected, we ask you to confirm that the content is intact, and you can return it if you think it is not in the best condition. In case of any anomaly with the order at the time of delivery, we ask, if possible, to send a photographic record through the email ingredientmourisco@gmail.com If any imperfection or damage to the product is detected, the customer should contact Ingrediente Mourisco – Lda., by phone or by email, so that they can resolve the situation as soon as possible.
In this case, the customer may choose to request the replacement of the product or, alternatively, to proceed with its return, ending the contract.

XI. Returns, exchanges and order cancellations
A. Order cancellation An order can be canceled by the customer, free of charge and without any justification, provided that such cancellation is made before payment and subsequent dispatch processing.
B. Return of order Under the terms of the right of free resolution, provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the Customer has a period of 15 days from the receipt of the order to proceed with the return of the goods. However, upon return, the product must be in the same conditions as it was sold (including packaging that accompany the product, labels and back-labels), without signs of use, otherwise the return will not be accepted by Ingrediente Mourisco – Ltd. If the Customer wants to return an order after receiving it, it must be carefully reassembled and sent back to the shipping address indicated in the transport notes. The Customer must keep the order in good condition until the return is made. The amount paid in the meantime by the Customer will be refunded, provided that, once received and verified, the products are in perfect condition. The refund of the purchase, if accepted, will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Some of the products sold on the website are perishable or susceptible to change depending on the handling conditions, temperature, light or humidity, so the return of a product subject to conditions that have deteriorated its quality will not be accepted, under the terms of provided for in article 17, paragraph 1, subparagraph d) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February.
C. Order exchange Additionally, purchased products may be exchanged for another item that is available on the website’s online store, provided they are in perfect condition and the packages have not been opened or are not damaged. In this case, if the customer wishes to exchange an item delivered to their home, they must request a return via email to ingredientmourisco@gmail.com, indicating the reason and the respective contacts, in order to obtain all the necessary clarifications. The shipping costs and also the reshipment of new products will be the customer’s responsibility. The deadline for requesting any exchange is 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
XII. Payment
Payment must be made through:
“Payment for Services” option, with entity and reference, at any ATM or through your homebanking service (only available for Portuguese bank customers. Payment service provided by ifthenpay);
PayPal;
Bank transfer. The order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of proof of payment.
Ingrediente Mourisco Lda. does not accept any responsibility for the lack of payment resulting from the incorrect filling of any data by the customer, whatever they may be. Ingrediente Mourisco – Lda. will use its best efforts to ensure maximum confidentiality and security in data transmitted over the internet.
XIII. Invoices and Receipts
The customer will receive the respective invoice with their order.
If the name or delivery address is different from the buyer’s name and address, the invoice will be sent via email, if requested.
XIV. Products
The description, image and any other information of a product displayed on the online store may change without notice. The images of the products are merely illustrative and may not fully correspond to the real image of the product, so it is advisable to consult the product description in order to know its characteristics. Without prejudice, if the product does not correspond to the characteristics presented, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with the law.

XV.Applicable law and jurisdiction
The use of the website and product purchase contracts concluded through the online store are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute that arises or is related to the use of our website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
