OUR PRODUCTS
All our products/services were born from the concept of making the best of reusing and repurposing the remaining waste of the production of olive oil in our mill.
Thus, these are products that come from the repurpose of the mill’s olive waste, from its production, processing, distribution, and consumption.
We intend to expand our product offer, making the most of it to produce them in a sustainable way, within the culture of the Olive Tree.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Our olive oil is extra virgin of superior quality, has an intense flavor and smell of healthy olives, its acidity is less than 0.8% and the cold extraction is done solely by mechanical processes, without any chemical additives.
Produced with the Galega or Cobrançosa olive varieties, this olive oil presents a balance of intense flavors and aromas.

ARTISANAL OLIVE OIL & ROSEMARY SOAP
A handmade soap, 100% natural, made from local products such as our Olive Oil and Rosemary, the predominant aromatic plant in our valley.
The oil used to handcraft our soaps is oil from the first experiments we made in our mill, while testing and fine tuning our equipment. Not being suitable for consumption, it is reused in the creation of this type of product.

OLIVE LEAF TEA
Olive leaves are very useful and also very healthy, rich in phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, copper, selenium, zinc and manganese. All these minerals have a positive and invigorating action on our body.
This product is available at the end of the harvest season and due pruning of the trees.

ARTISAN OLIVE OIL TASTING DISH
We love everything that is made locally and we strongly support all craft activities practiced in our Valley.
Our Handmade Olive Oil Tasting Plate with olive branch handle, was made specifically for IM by a local artisan.
